These terms apply to access and use of the AmdVPN website, user panel, clients, and related subscription services. By using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If they disagree with any part, they should stop using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
AmdVPN provides network acceleration subscription services for cross-border access, helping users connect to selected online resources through international routes. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client entry points actually available are those shown in the user panel at the time of use.
Routes may change because of network maintenance, resource adjustments, target website policies, or local network conditions. Based on operating conditions, the service may add, replace, suspend, or adjust routes to maintain overall connection quality. A subscription grants the right to use the service within its validity period and traffic allowance; it does not guarantee continued access to any particular route, region, or third-party website.
Accounts and Access Credentials
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their username, password, and access credentials provided in the user panel, as well as for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their account. If credentials are used unusually or control of the account changes, users should change the password promptly and stop distributing those credentials.
There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices, but accounts and subscriptions may be used only on devices managed or authorized by the account holder. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscription access, publish access credentials, or provide paid or free resale services to unspecified parties through account sharing, traffic splitting, or other means. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account irregularities, or access interruptions caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials.
Subscription Billing, Traffic, and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; packages remain available until the traffic is used and never expire. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, validity rules, and amount due before completing payment. If network conditions delay page updates, check the order status in the user panel first to avoid duplicate submissions. Refund eligibility, scope, and processing rules are governed by the independent refund policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is actually used, and ensure that access and data transmission through the service serve lawful purposes. Users may not use the service to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, disrupt network facilities, send inappropriate content in bulk, misappropriate identity or payment information, or engage in other unlawful conduct that clearly harms network security.
Users may not use automated methods to probe routes, the user panel, or related interfaces at high frequency. They may not evade normal subscription, billing, or traffic-management mechanisms, or perform operations that could cause abnormal use of service resources. AmdVPN may apply necessary technical restrictions to activity that affects system stability or other users’ normal connections.
Service Availability and Liability
AmdVPN maintains the service under reasonable technical and operational conditions. However, cross-border connections are also affected by local networks, international gateways, device configuration, target service status, and third-party infrastructure. Accordingly, AmdVPN does not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed connection speeds, or compatibility with any specific third-party service. Planned maintenance or urgent adjustments may make some routes temporarily unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is responsible for losses caused by user device failures, configuration errors, credential leaks, changes to third-party services, public network fluctuations, events beyond reasonable control, or force majeure. No limitation of liability excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public disclosure of access credentials, malicious resource consumption, interference with service operation, abnormal payment status, or other serious violations of these terms, AmdVPN may restrict connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Before or after taking action, the service may require users to complete necessary account verification or stop the relevant conduct. Refunds remain subject to the independent refund policy.
These terms may be updated because of changes to service scope, features, legal requirements, or operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page with the month of the latest update. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
