Refund Rules

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

AmdVPN offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, review the order, and submit the request. Confirm the order and selected plan first, retain the processing record in the panel, and read the full terms in the separate Refund Policy.

The refund policy gives you time to review your plan choice. It does not change the monthly subscription's reset rule or the never-expiring validity of data packs. The plan type, amount, and order status are determined by the user panel.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than on the first day of the calendar month. You can view the current cycle and data usage in the panel. Use your activation date as the cycle boundary when planning usage.

Can I upgrade during a monthly subscription?

Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the plan price difference is converted into remaining days. Because an upgrade changes the remaining period of the current subscription, review the conversion shown in the user panel before confirming.

Does a data pack reset every month?

No. A data pack remains valid until used and never expires, and it does not follow the activation-date reset rule for monthly subscriptions. It is better suited to irregular usage or users who want to retain unused data over time.

How many devices can use one plan?

AmdVPN plans have no device limit and support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Device count does not distinguish the price tiers; compare data allowances and validity rules when choosing.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After selecting a plan in the user panel, choose an available payment method during order confirmation. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount before payment.
