Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
AmdVPN provides cross-border access and international route subscription services. This policy explains what data the service handles while users browse the website, use an account, pay for a subscription, or connect through a route, why it is handled, and how users can manage it. Using this website or related services means that the user has read this policy.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. The account system processes the username, password hash, subscription status, remaining traffic, plan changes, and necessary security status for authentication, service delivery, and account issue resolution. Users should keep their passwords secure.
After an order is placed, the order amount, selected plan, payment channel, payment status, refund status, and transaction reference are recorded to confirm payment, deliver the subscription, process refunds, and reconcile accounts. The marketing website may collect visited pages, referrer pages, browser type, device category, IP address, and basic interaction events to assess page usability, troubleshoot errors, and improve content structure. These website analytics are kept separate from the content accessed through network acceleration connections.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
AmdVPN does not record which websites users access through its routes, and does not retain access content, request bodies, DNS query content, or records that could be used to reconstruct browsing history. The service also does not analyze network acceleration traffic for advertising profiles.
While a route is operating, temporary technical information required for the connection is processed, and the traffic used by each account is accumulated to enforce subscription limits and service status. By default, no connection logs are created that could be used to trace specific access activity over time. Temporary operational data is not retained after a connection ends or its purpose is complete. When users voluntarily submit troubleshooting materials, those materials are used only for the related support ticket and are deleted or de-identified once the issue is resolved and they are no longer needed.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security identifiers. The user panel stores authentication information locally to maintain the login state and provide access to purchased services. Signing out, clearing browser data, or deleting the relevant site data removes this local information, but users may then need to log in again and reset their preferences.
Identifiers used for analytics are intended only to aggregate website visits and interactions. Restricting cookies or local storage may affect the login state, language selection, and some panel functions, but does not change orders that have already been placed.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment systems, and AmdVPN does not directly store complete authentication data for third-party payment accounts. Payment providers may handle transaction information, device information, and risk-control data under their own rules. Users should also review the privacy policy of their chosen payment channel.
AmdVPN shares data only as necessary to confirm payment, fulfill orders, process disputes, maintain service security, or comply with applicable requirements. It does not sell account data or network access content. Service providers entrusted with infrastructure, analytics, or payment support may process related information only to the extent required to perform the specified work.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order, payment status, and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations; they are deleted or de-identified once no longer necessary. Aggregated analytics that can no longer reasonably be linked to a specific user may continue to be used for website operations analysis.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Before completing a deletion request, the service may need to verify account ownership. Orders or security records that must be retained by law will not be removed early because of account deletion. Deleting an account may make remaining subscriptions, historical order access, and related service entry points unavailable.
This policy will be updated when data practices, website functions, or applicable requirements change, and the “Last updated” information on this page will be revised accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing will receive an appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Users are encouraged to review the latest version before continuing to use the services.
